How to handle feature requests via Slack

With Intercom or Voting Portal there is no todo for PM, insights will appear in Productboard automatically.
With feature requests via Slack there is a manual step to take for the PM:

  1. Navigate to feature-requests channel

  2. Hover over message

  3. Click on the 3 dots (More actions)

  4. Click on Push to Productboard
