Activate focus mode / deactivate notifications 

Hide bookmarks bar in browser to have a cleaner UI

Make browser full screen (green dot on the top left corner)

Choose the environment with the clearer data and overview 

Click thought the whole at least once before starting the screen recording

1. Press: SHIFT + CMD + 5 at the same time
2. Click on the icon on the right "Record selected portion"
3. Select the window you want to record (I always tried to only select the browser without the dock)
4. If done, let pointer stay in the middle for aprox 10 seconds. (Otherwise, the user would get distracted by the YouTube recommended video section.)
5. Click on stop icon in the menu bar

1. Files needs to be selected in Finder
2. Press the Spacebar
3. Click on the trim icon in the top right
4. Trim to you liking
5. Click on done

If a thumbnail was already designed by designer then upload thumbnail (you should do that, as it looks soooo much more professional with a branded thumbnail)

 1. Files needs to be selected in Finder
 2. Press the Spacebar
 3. Click on the trim icon in the top right
 4. Trim to you liking
 5. Click on done

4. Open YouTube
5. Navigate to Your videos
6. Click on Create in the top right corner
 1. Click on Upload videos 
7. Click on Select files
8. Select the previously recorded video
9. Copy over the article title
10. Copy over the article description
11. If a thumbnail was already designed by designer then upload thumbnail (you should do that, as it looks soooo much more professional with a branded thumbnail) 
12. Select playlist Helpcenter articles
13. Select No, it's not "Made for Kids" 
14. Click on Next
15. Click on Next
16. Click on Next
17. Select Unlisted
18. Click on Save
19. Copy the URL 
20. Select embed video in Intercom
21. Paste the YouTube URL
