Read through them, challenge them, if questions arise, ask the reporter. Create feature out of feature request in ProductBoard. Normally, the feature will be put into lane "Backlog". If the feature request is urgent or important, it can be put into other lanes too, especially the "Hot contender". Here is the step, by step guide:

  1. Navigate to Insights

  2. Navigate to Unprocessed

  3. Click on the message

  4. Judge whether it’s relevant or not (gets easier with time)

  5. Highlight the section that is important for the feature

  6. Click on Link to feature

  7. Create new feature (manager or booking portal)

  8. Click on Mark as processed
