We need to prioritize features. This is one of the most difficult tasks as Priorities can have numerous dependencies. The most effective way till this date was to organize a sync in the strategy team and prioritize them together.

1. Try to gather hot contenders out of productboard (productboard backlog grooming). These features have normally one out of these statuses:

1. hot contender

2. in definition

3. in design

4. Backlog (ready for refinement)

2. Send out a list to meeting participants (most importantly martin) with hot contender features and ask them to rank them on their own

3. Prepare hot list out of the rankings (approx 10 features)

1. Present hot list of features and explain every feature very briefly so that there is a shared understanding

2. Try to rank them together after priority

3. Put them (max 5 features) on the roadmap roughly to visualize the timeline
