Changes in the development process should be reflected in the Roadmap. If development is faster or slower than anticipated, we need to update the roadmap accordingly.
Roadmap Sync
To keep the roadmap up to date, we have the Roadmap sync with the PO on weekly basis.
Agenda of the Roadmap sync
Update Roadmap from top to bottom according to JIRA data
1. Are there any delays? (alter length of epic on roadmap)
2. Are we faster than expected? (alter length of epic on roadmap)
3. Was something released? (alter status of epic)
4. Will the next sprint(s) work out as planned?
Roadmap Alignment
The roadmap alignment is scheduled directly after the roadmap sync to update Alex and Martin about changes on the roadmap.
