As a Kinnovis customer, you can easily view your invoices, make payments, or update your payment method at any time. These invoices are related to your Kinnovis subscription - not your self-storage operations or your customers' bookings. Follow the steps below to access your personal Kinnovis customer account.
How to Access Your Kinnovis Customer Account
Go to www.kinnovis.com.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Under the Getting started section, click on Customer account.
You will be redirected to a secure login page.
Enter the email address associated with your Kinnovis invoices—the same email you usually receive our billing emails to.
Follow the on-screen instructions to log in.
Important: You must use the exact email address that receives your Kinnovis invoices. If you use a different or alternative address, access will be denied.
This account is strictly for managing your billing with Kinnovis and is separate from any Manager or user accounts you may have on the Kinnovis platform for self-storage operations.
