Find a quick guide on how to create your personalized "Welcome" email for your clients

Within the Manager, KINNOVIS allows you to create your own "welcome email" that can be triggered by the "booking creation" event and is automatically sent by the system.

The email overview displays the following information:

  • Name: Shows the name of the email

  • Linked Location: Shows the locations linked to the message

  • Triggered By: Shows the event that triggered the automatic sending of the email

  • Status: Enabled/Disabled

Create your template

To start the process, simply click on "CREATE EMAIL" in the top right corner.

The next step is to choose the name of the email, the preferred location(s) and the event on which the automatic email will be sent. For example, "Booking creation". Here you can also activate email sending, which means that the email will be sent automatically when the selected event occurs.

After that, the email can be designed in the editor for the German, English and Swedish version of the email (more languages will follow soon). The customer will receive the email in the language selected during the customer creation process.

You can also select a template and set the subject of the email. We can also see the mobile, tablet and desktop versions of the email.

After saving the email, we see the "Email Detail View" where we can edit the whole email again and where you can see the content preview for the desktop, tablet and mobile versions. You also have an action button that allows you to perform the following actions.

  • Activate/deactivate email sending

  • Send a test email

  • Delete (an active send cannot be deleted)
