This article describes how you can create the email with the trigger "x days before price adjustment".

  1. Navigate to "Emails --> Emails"

  2. Click on "Create Email"

  3. Fill out the Create Email form

    1. Fill out the Name field with something like "Price adjustment"

    2. Select the wanted location

    3. Choose x days before price adjustment at Triggered by field

    4. Activate the Email dispatch

    5. Fill out the Subject field with something like "Upcoming price adjustment"

    6. Create the content to your branding and liking

    7. Click on Save
