This article describes how you can create the e-mail with the trigger "reset password".

  1. Navigate to "Emails --> Emails"

  2. Click on "Create Email"

  3. Fill out the Create Email form

    1. Fill out the Name field with something like "Reset password"

    2. Select the location you have the integration

    3. Choose Reset password at Triggered by field

    4. Activate the Email dispatch

    5. Choose the Template Reset password

    6. Fill out the Subject field with something like "Reset your password for "Your Brand""

    7. Adapt the content to your branding and liking

    8. Make sure that the dynamic placeholders (merge tag) {{reset_password_url}} is added to a possible "Reset password" button

    9. Click on Save
