Introduction
Our booking management system offers the functionality to adjust upcoming booking cancellations. This feature enables you to easily manage your customer bookings, allowing for the alteration of cancellation dates or even the complete removal of a cancellation.
Note: This function is only applicable for cancellations that align with the booking's renewal date. Any cancellations scheduled outside the renewal date can't be adjusted using this feature.
How to Use the Feature
Navigate to the booking detail view
In the "Actions" menu, you can find 2 options:
"Reschedule cancellation" - opens a popup that allows you to choose how to adjust the cancellation date:
"Revoke cancellation" - removes the cancellation for the booking
