Here's a quick guide on how to cancel a booking

In KINNOVIS Manager, click on the "Bookings" menu item and type the name of the customer in the search bar. All bookings of this client will be displayed with general information from each one.

Click on the booking you want to cancel from this client.

In the upper right corner you will find a blue "Actions" button. Click it and select "Cancel Booking"

You will then see this pop-up message on your screen.

You can choose when you want to cancel.

  1. "Immediately" means that the cancellation will take place at that moment. If this is done before the end of the billing period, you may have to refund money and issue a credit. This must be done manually.

  2. "End of current period" means that the cancellation is programmed to cancel as soon as the paid period ends. No refund is required.

  3. "On a custom date", you can choose the exact date you want the cancellation to occur.

    1. As soon as you click on "Date", a pop-up calendar will appear, allowing you to select the desired date for the cancellation.

    2. Once you select the date on the calendar, the pop-up calendar disappears, leaving you with the written date.

    3. If the date you have selected is correct, proceed to "CANCEL BOOKING".

Once you have selected your cancellation option, click the "Cancel Booking" button.

Note: Please remember that all refunds and credit notes will have to be done manually.
