If you integrate with an access management software that is connected to Kinnovis, your customers will gain automatically access to their new units after an initiated change while adjusting the booking.

Should you make a unit (type) switch inside your manager with the "immediate" action, the customer will gain access to their new unit within minutes. In cases where you schedule the change to occur on a specific date or at the end of the current period, your customer will receive access at 2am on that specified date.
