If you successfully connected Kinnovis to Nokē, you can now map the Kinnovis units to the units of Nokē.

Note: This step is mandatory, as otherwise, the system can't sync and it's not possible to change the status of the units in Nokē accordingly.

Where to find the unit name of Nokē

You can find the unit name of the Noke System in the "Unit Overview". The unit name can be either found directly in the list:

or in the unit detail view:

In the screenshots above, the unit name is "02". Please use this name for entering it in the Kinnovis system, which is described below.

Map existing units

  1. Navigate to "Units"

  2. Select the Unit you want to map

  3. Click on the pencil icon in the "General" card

  4. Enter the dedicated Nokē unit name and click on tab or enter. Note: You can also provide multiple units by entering another name and press tab again.

  5. Click on "Save"

Map access permissions to new units

  1. Navigate to "Units"

  2. Click on "Create Unit"

  3. Select the Location

  4. Select the Unit type

  5. Enter the dedicated access permission name and click on tab or enter. Note: You can also provide multiple Nokē units by entering another name and press tab again.

  6. Fill out the rest of the unit information and click on "Save".

Migration support

If you are currently using the Noke access provider and need to migrate your existing bookings to Kinnovis, we're here to assist you every step of the way so that the unit statuses and respective access rules align accurately with the customers' bookings. To initiate the migration process, please reach out to us via Intercom.

🏁 Congratulations! 🏁

Your customers will now be granted access automatically at the start of their booking and will have that access removed once the booking concludes.
