If you successfully connected Sensorberg and KINNOVIS, Sensorberg's “external identifiers” will be synced with KINNOVIS. You can map Units to their “external identifier” in the “access permissions” field.
Map access permissions to existing units
Click on "Units" in the menu
Select the Unit you want to map
Click on the pencil icon in the "General" card
Select the wanted access permissions.
Hint: you can also search within the dropdown fieldClick on "Save"
Map access permissions to new Units
Click on "Units" in the menu
Click on "Create Unit"
Select the Location
Select access permission(s)
Hint: you can also search within the dropdown fieldFill out the rest of the unit information and click on "Save"

The access permissions will be now synchronized automatically with Booking move-in and move-out dates.
