If you use Signable to handle contract signings and decide to change your Signable subscription, it's essential to update your API keys. If you don't update your API keys in your system after changing your subscription, you will encounter errors that can disrupt your contract signing process.

Steps to update your API keys

1. Change your subscription in Signable

a. Log in to your Signable account.

b. Navigate to the subscription section.

c. Select the new subscription plan and complete the process as instructed by Signable.

2. Retrieve your new API keys

a. After updating your subscription, go to the API settings in your Signable account.

b. Copy the new API keys provided.

3. Update Your API Keys in Kinnovis Manager

a. Log in to the Kinnovis manager and navigate to "Connected Apps" > "Signable"

b. Click on the pencil to edit and replace the old API keys with the new ones you copied from Signable.

c. Save your changes.

4. Testing

a. Perform a test to ensure that the integration is working correctly with the new API keys.

b. If any errors occur, double-check that the API keys have been entered correctly.
