Reviewing Credit Balance Transactions
All credit balance modifications are recorded in the transaction history. This provides a detailed record of credit/debit adjustments for each customer, as well as the credits/debits applied to invoices.
How to View Transaction History
Navigate to the Customer Detail View.
Go to the Customer's Credit Balance and select the Transaction History section.
Review past transactions, including:
Reason (Adjustment or Invoice Payment)
Payment Method (For adjustments, shows the payment method used—such as cash, bank transfer, etc.)
Date of Payment (Only for adjustments done by you and selected date)
Amount (Credit/Debit)
Balance After Transaction
Invoice Link (if applicable)
User (who made the manual adjustment)
Date & Time the adjustment was made.
The transaction history shows three types of entries:
Adjustments: A manually created transaction to add or remove funds from the credit balance. This represents actions taken by you or your team members.
Invoice Payment: Traces the application of credit/debit against a linked invoice.
Adjustment booking: If you adjust a booking using the "Adjust booking" feature and the customer receives a credit (for example, by moving them to a lower-priced unit), the amount owed to the customer will be recorded on their balance.
