First step for importing your existing data

After finishing all previous steps (#1, #2 and #3) you are ready for importing the unit types and units of your locations.

With our import service, you be able to only fill out our import Excel sheet, and we will do the rest for you. This saves days of work setting up the system.

We can import the following data for you:

  1. Deposits (Products)

  2. Unit Types

  3. Units

  4. Insurances

  5. Products

  6. Existing customers

  7. Existing bookings

The link to the excel sheet was already sent to you by our sales representative. If not, please contact us via the messenger inside the KINNOVIS Manager.

Note: We will only accept an online excel sheet, therefore, please do not download the sheet. Fill in your data only online.

Best practises for import sheet

To fully utilize the capabilities of the KINNOVIS platform, it is recommended to consider the best practices listed below. Implementing these best practices is essential for realizing the full potential of our software solution.

  1. Do not create one unit type for one unit, instead GROUP units of the roughly same size with a unit type.
