Once you filled in all your data in the import sheet, please follow the steps below to proceed with the import:
Send the import sheet via our Messenger
Send use the import sheet via our Messenger inside the Manager by choosing the option
"I want to import my data".
Note: Please do not upload any file here, but only send us the link to the online import excel sheet.
Review of your data
Once you provided us the link to the online import excel sheet, we will start the review process of the import sheet and let you know if there are any problems.
Part of the review is also that we are actively looking for optimisations of your data, that the setup perfectly fits with the logics of our software solution.
It might happen that you have to perform small adjustments, or we recommend you to adjust data, which should result in a better usage of the overall system.
Import the data
Once the import sheet is reviewed and the data is confirmed from our side, we will inform you via the messenger. After the import is done, we will ping you again.
If everything goes well, you will see all the data being automatically available in the system.
