If you successfully connected SC Solutions and KINNOVIS, you can now map the SC Solutions access permissions to your units.
Note: Before you start with mapping the access permissions to the units, you need to have the access permission list ready. If you haven't received this list from SC Solutions yet, please contact them. KINNOVIS does not have access to this list.
Map access permissions to existing units
Navigate to "Units"
Select the Unit you want to map
Click on the pencil icon in the "General" card
Enter the dedicated access permission name and click on tab or enter. Note: You can also provide multiple access permissions by entering another name and press tab again.
βClick on "Save"
Map access permissions to new Units
Navigate to "Units"
Click on "Create Unit"
Select the Location
Select the Unit type
Enter the dedicated access permission name and click on tab or enter. Note: You can also provide multiple access permissions by entering another name and press tab again.

Fill out the rest of the unit information and click on "Save"

The access permissions will be now synchronized automatically with Booking move-in and move-out dates.
