Introduction

The Cancel Booking feature provides your customers with the flexibility to manage their bookings and cancel any time without getting in touch with you.

Cancel Booking Feature Explained

With the Cancel Booking feature, your customers can cancel their bookings up to the end of the period. It's important to note that once a booking is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.

Please note, the availability of this feature can be configured via our Manager. This means you have the control to decide whether to provide the cancellation option to your customers or not.

How to Enable Cancel Booking

  1. Log in to the Manager

  2. Navigate to the "Booking Portal" > "Location Settings".

  3. Click on the desired location you want to activate the feature.

  4. Click on the edit pencil in the "Customer Portal" card

  5. Check the checkbox "Allow Cancel Booking"

  6. Save changes.

Once this feature is enabled, your customers will be able to see a 'Cancel' button next to their bookings in the customer portal.

Note: By default, customers are not able to cancel bookings. So, you have to activate that for your desired locations.
