Learn what is our "to check" time

The "to-check-time" is the buffer time you need for checking a unit when the customer has moved out.

As an example: a customer cancels on the 1st and moves out on the 10th, you have set the "to-check-time" to three days. The unit will be automatically moved from status "To check" to "Vacant" on the 13th. Because of this automation, our platform knows when the unit will be "Vacant" again. The unit is available for a booking with a move-in date on the 13th or later. So, a potential customer could already book the same unit on the 1st for the 13th.

The recommended to-check time depends on your availability to check the units.

The shorter the to-check-time, the faster the units are available again. In case you don't want this automation, you can set the to-check-time to a very high value, like 999 days.

Where to find the setting?

  1. Navigate to Locations

  2. Click on the location you want to set the "to-check-time"

  3. Click on the pencil of the Unit management settings card
