If Step #3 was completed and we have notified you that the setup is finished, you are ready to set up the "Reset password e-mail". This is necessary for a flawless customer journey.

If one of your customers forgets his password, he will click on the "Forgot your password?" button. And then we need to have set the "Reset password e-mail" because otherwise the customer would not receive any e-mail. Find a tutorial on how to set up the "Reset password e-mail" here.


We also recommend informing your customers in the email with trigger "Booking creation" how they can set their password. The customers can simply click on "Forgot password" in the Sensorberg app login mask to set their password.
