Benefit of the Sensorberg integration
Access gets automatically synced with Sensorberg.
Move-in date: from this date onwards, customer can access his unit
Move-out date: the access gets automatically withdrawn
You can always revoke access manually from a customer for
e.g. enforcing payments for open invoices.
How does it work for your customers?
In the welcome email (you can set up automatic emails in our manager)
customer receives a link to set his password
customer receives a link to download Sensorberg app
Customer can log in to Sensorberg app with
same email address which was used during the booking creation
password he has set previously
When move-in date arrives, the access will automatically be visible in the Sensorberg app.
You can manually revoke the access anytime in the customer view and booking view in the KINNOVIS manager to e.g. enforcing payments for open invoices.
When move-out date arrives, the access won't be visible anymore in the Sensorberg app.
