e.g. enforcing payments for open invoices
How does it work for your customers?
Once a booking is created (either through the Manager or the booking portal), your customers will receive instructions to download the OpenTech Alliance "Storage Genie" app.
To make sure your customers fully understand what to do, we recommend you placing clear instructions as well as the download links in your welcome email. The welcome email can be set up in the Manager here.
Once the customer downloads the app and logs in, they will be granted access to the specific doors they have permission to open on-site.
PIN Codes
Unique PIN codes are automatically generated for each customer and emailed to them on their move-in day. For this, you need to set up an automated email for the specific trigger "Move-in date reached". Inside the email, you need to use the merge tag "Access Code".
Once their move-out date passes, and they are de-allocated, their PIN codes will no longer grant access to your facility or their unit.
