Access gets automatically synced with Nokē.
Move-in date: from this date onwards, customer can access his unit
Move-out date: the access gets automatically withdrawn
You can always revoke access manually from a customer for
e.g. enforcing payments for open invoices.
How does it work for your customers?
Once a booking is created (either through the manager or the booking portal), your customer will receive an SMS one time password and a link to download the Nokē app.
To make sure your customers fully understand what to do, we recommend you placing clear instructions as well as the download links in your welcome email. The welcome email can be set up in the Manager here.
Once the customer downloads the app and logs in, they will be granted access to the specific doors they have permission to open on-site.
