The Net2 integration seamlessly syncs your access control system with Kinnovis, ensuring that your customers’ access to their storage units is automatically managed without manual intervention.
Move-in Date: From this date, the customer’s access to their unit is automatically granted.
Move-out Date: Access is automatically withdrawn when the move-out date is reached.
You also have the option to manually revoke access, for example, to enforce payment for overdue invoices.
How the Net2 Integration Works for your Customers
Customer Welcome Email:
When a booking is made, customers can automatically receive a welcome email (you can set this up in the Kinnovis manager). In this email you can include:A link to set their password.
A link to download the Net2 app.
Net2 App Setup:
The customer logs into the Net2 app using their phone number.
Automatic Access Control:
Once the move-in date arrives, access to the storage unit is automatically visible in the Net2 app.
When the move-out date arrives, access is automatically removed from the app.
Additionally, you can manually revoke access at any time via the customer or booking view in the Kinnovis manager, for example, to ensure outstanding payments are made.
