Customer clicks on button/link of customer portal. URL should look like this:
https://yourbrand.kinnovis.com/customer-portal
Clicks on Forgot your password?
Types in his/her email address
Receives "Reset password" email and clicks on Reset password button
Defines password
Goes again to login page and can login with email address + previously set password
Now customers can use the customer portal
