Tutorial on how to manually overlock a unit

In certain circumstances, you may wish to manually overlock the unit and restrict access to the customer, it's pretty simple. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Customers

  2. Search for the customer you want to overlock and click on it

  3. There are two ways to revoke the access

    1. Option 1:

      1. Scroll down to the bookings table

      2. Click on the switch button in the Has access column

    2. Option 2:

      1. Click on the Actions button

      2. Click on Revoke access for all bookings
