  2. Click on the "Create E-Mail Button"

  3. Choose the trigger "Access Granted" in the "Triggered by" dropdown

  4. Make usage of the merge tags for customer and unit to indicate who shared access for what, to avoid confusion on the recipients side.

Note: There is also an email for trigger for "access revoked", in case you want to inform your tenants if the access got revoked.
