Step 1: Disable the Kinnovis Consent Banner
If you're hosting the Booking & Customer Portal on your own domain and you already have a cookie consent tool on your website (and don't want a second banner appearing inside the portals to appear), you can disable the Kinnovis consent banner.
In your Kinnovis Manager, go to:
Settings → Booking Portal → Global Settings → Website Integration Settings → Disable Consent Banner
The banner toggled on will still show the Kinnovis banner.
Step 2: Add Custom JavaScript
Toggle it off when you want to use your own banner.
You can paste your own JavaScript code in the code input section to show the banner solution in the Booking and Customer Portal - for example, to load your own consent management platform (CMP), a tracking pixel, or analytics scripts. Click on save.
📌 Limits: The custom JavaScript field accepts up to 2,500 characters. If you need more, contact your Kinnovis account manager.
For franchise setups: the location-level setting overrides the global setting if configured. For the Customer Portal, the global tenant setting applies.
Important: Apple Pay & Google Pay
If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay in your Booking Portal, you must register your custom domain with Apple/Google separately. These payment providers require domain verification for security reasons.
